Influenced By
Friends and family are a huge influence in my life. I am also influenced by music, and traveling
What Frame are you currently riding?
Currently riding a custom 21” Ivy ST. Built a bit taller, with a lit bit longer back end.
What inspires you to ride?
The fun memories my friends and I create. Just the simple fact of carving down the street puts a smile on my face.
School, work or any responsibilities to speak of?
I am currently attending PPCC for an outdoor leadership degree and certifications. I am also about to start work at REI.
iPod equipped while riding or shit talkin' with the dudes?
Only shit talkin’ with the dudes!
What music are you listening to lately? Does your music choice change while on your bike?
Stuck on Portugal The Man, The Sound of Animals Fighting and Neko Case as of lately… Doesn’t really change on the bike, I like what I like.
Favorite terrain and spots to ride?
Dirt Bowl, NOS, The Backyard, Memorial, the only amazing trails in Colorado, P-4, Parker Park, Eudora, Boulder Park and all the street in between.
Favorite BMX video of all time?
Little Devil “Seek and Destroy”
Something you could never get tired of?
I would never get tired of backpacking, hiking, and exploring the great outdoors.
Interests outside of riding?
Fly Fishing, Backpacking, Bar Hoppin’, Dirty 40’s, Adventures with Mike T. and Naves, etc…
Any goals with The Take you hope to accomplish?
I would love to help design some product with the team and the dudes at FBM. I would also like to have the team get together and shred soon!
What's the current status of BMX to you? Do you care?
Some people take BMX too far to me these days and have lost all sight of why we all got into it in the first place. I tend to stay away from that all.
An ideal day with Noah Cox:
Wake up mid morning, go hike around the foothills or up into the mountains to fish, hit up Memorial or NOS with friends, go for some lunch at Louie’s, hit up some street for a bit, drift on over to Josh’s place, then put down some bottom shelf 40’s until I can’t see anymore… End
Anyone you would like to thank:
I would like to thank my brother Josh for always being there for me and being a big motivation in my life. My parents and family for their love and support. Thanks to all my friends, I have the best friends any one person could ever ask for. I would like to thank FBM and all the guys at Last Call Distribution for all their help and support.
